1. Collection of Personal Information

A. Types

(i) We collect only the information that is necessary to register for and utilize our products and services. Any personal information entered into our website is safely encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. We will only collect your personal information to enroll you as a customer or complete a transaction or other requested action; to service your account, and; to resolve a case of identity theft. (iv) E-mail Communications:One You Security never asks customers to email us personal information. We send email at your request, or as required by our product(s). Unless you opt-out as set forth in Section 3(e) of this document, we will also periodically send newsletters or other information related to our Services to you at your e-mail address.

(v) Enrollment: In order to use our Website and our services, you may need to enroll and submit your email address and create a password. During enrollment you are required to give personal information including: name, mailing address, Date of Birth, Phone numbers, gender, Social Security Number, credit card information, email address, and such additional information which we may need. We use this information to verify your identity, charge you the appropriate agreed-upon fees, as well as uniquely identify your information with credit bureaus and other outside agencies with whom we must interact in the course of providing our services to you. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). You may receive emails during the enrollment process detailing steps you will need to follow for completion as well as important information you will want to retain for your records. One You Security, LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on our website.

(vi) Social Security Numbers: We require your social security number for our services. When you enter your social security number during our enrollment process, we encrypt it using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

(vii) Verification of Personal Information: To improve the security of our service, to protect your identity, and protect your information, we may verify your personal information by matching the information you provide to One You Security against other publicly available information that we obtain from third parties. This matching is done via secure systems and all your information, both that which you provide to One You Security and that which we obtain through third parties, is held in strict confidence.

(viii) Cookies: Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we may transfer to your computer's hard drive through your browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages on our site are visited and by how many people. One You Security cookies do not collect personal information and we do not use them in any way to tell us who you are or what your screen name or e-mail address is. You may turn off the cookie feature of your browser but that may cause you not to be able to receive certain information through your browser. You should contact your browser provider or an information technology specialist for information.

B. Methods

(i) We use log files on our server to collect and analyze the above data. The One You Security website may contain links to other sites. One You Security does not share your personal information with those websites and is not responsible for their privacy practices. If you click on a link then you may be subject to that website’s cookie policies, which may include a small amount of information, possibly including personal information, which allows a web server to recognize you whenever you visit.

(ii) We will only collect and use the minimum information needed to accomplish the stated purpose, and only with your full knowledge and consent. We will only disclose your personal information as may be required under order from a court of competent jurisdiction or under law. The One You Security website is not intended for the use of individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from individuals under 18 or send them requests for personal information.

(iii) Your One You Security account personal information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. It is your responsibility to ensure unauthorized access to your account and personal information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.

2. Disclosure of Personal Information

(a) We will never disclose your personal information to any third party or affiliate under normal circumstances. As mentioned above, there are circumstances in which you yourself may provide personal information to third parties, such as a credit reporting agency representative, a police officer, an insurance claims officer, or a representative of a financial institution or credit card company, involved in the crisis resolution process. Such information will be provided directly by you to the parties in question.

(b) We may employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share information (Name, Address, Phone Number) with them to provide products or services to you. Unless we tell you differently, our agents do not have any right to use personal information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. (a) One You Security uses highly secure physical and electronic procedures and processes to safeguard the data you provide to us. Your personal information will (i) never be disclosed by us to any third party or affiliate other than disclosed in this privacy statement; (ii) only be accessed by authorized employees of One You Security on a "need to know" basis; (iii) be stored or transmitted in encrypted form and/or via secure, encrypted channels.

(b) Any personal information entered into our website, such as your Social Security number or credit card information, is safely transferred in an encrypted format using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

(c) We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% safe, however.
