(v) Enrollment: In order to use our Website and our services, you may need to enroll and submit your email address and create a password. During enrollment you are required to give personal information including: name, mailing address, Date of Birth, Phone numbers, gender, Social Security Number, credit card information, email address, and such additional information which we may need. (vi) Social Security Numbers: We require your social security number for our services. When you enter your social security number during our enrollment process, we encrypt it using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
(vii) Verification of Personal Information: To improve the security of our service, to protect your identity, and protect your information, we may verify your personal information by matching the information you provide to One You Security against other publicly available information that we obtain from third parties. This matching is done via secure systems and all your information, both that which you provide to One You Security and that which we obtain through third parties, is held in strict confidence.
(viii) Cookies: Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we may transfer to your computer's hard drive through your browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages on our site are visited and by how many people. One You Security cookies do not collect personal information and we do not use them in any way to tell us who you are or what your screen name or e-mail address is. You may turn off the cookie feature of your browser but that may cause you not to be able to receive certain information through your browser. You should contact your browser provider or an information technology specialist for information.
(i) We use log files on our server to collect and analyze the above data. The One You Security website may contain links to other sites. One You Security does not share your personal information with those websites and is not responsible for their privacy practices. If you click on a link then you may be subject to that website’s cookie policies, which may include a small amount of information, possibly including personal information, which allows a web server to recognize you whenever you visit.
(ii) We will only collect and use the minimum information needed to accomplish the stated purpose, and only with your full knowledge and consent. The One You Security website is not intended for the use of individuals under the age of 18. It is your responsibility to ensure unauthorized access to your account and personal information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.
2. Disclosure of Personal Information
(a) We will never disclose your personal information to any third party or affiliate under normal circumstances.
